This is the story of Ne\u015fe \u00d6zdemir, a woman who left behind her successful salon business in Istanbul to start over from scratch in the UK \u2014 with no language, no support system, and only one purpose: to secure a brighter future for her two daughters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three years later, Ne\u015fe stands tall as the proud founder of Studio N, a thriving beauty studio in West Wickham. Her journey is one of courage, resilience, and unshakable faith.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI started from zero, but I never lost faith.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhen I came to the UK, I didn\u2019t speak the language. I had left everything behind \u2014 my business, my home, my comfort zone. But I knew why I was doing it. It was for my daughters. I told myself that if I had built a life once before, I could build it again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With a background in hair and beauty education and over two decades of experience in the industry, Ne\u015fe slowly began to rebuild her career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt wasn\u2019t easy,\u201d she says. \u201cEverything was new \u2014 the culture, the system, even the way people worked. But I never let fear stop me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A few weeks ago, she proudly celebrated the third anniversary of Studio N \u2014 not only marking business success, but also honoring the incredible personal resilience that made it possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe third-year celebration was emotional,\u201d she admits with a smile. \u201cIt reminded me of every tear, every night I prayed, and every step that brought me here. \u201cWhat motivates me the most is showing those who tried to stop me that I will never give up. My journey has been filled with challenges \u2014 not only in T\u00fcrkiye, but also here in the UK. I faced rejection, loneliness, and even mobbing. Yet, every time I fell, I stood back up.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
She takes a deep breath before continuing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThere were nights I cried while reading the Qur\u2019an, asking God for strength because I had no one else to rely on. My daughters were everything to me \u2014 their tears, their words, \u2018Go, Mom. You\u2019ll succeed. Don\u2019t give up, we believe in you,\u2019 gave me the courage to return when I almost went back to T\u00fcrkiye.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ne\u015fe recalls the pain of living apart from her children during those early years \u2014 three weeks in the UK, one week in T\u00fcrkiye \u2014 for nearly two years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt was heartbreaking. But their faith in me gave me strength. Today, everything I\u2019ve built is not just for me \u2014 it\u2019s for them, and for every woman who feels she can\u2019t start over.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
